Our Project Management Division has gone from strength to strength. We have worked closely with an architect on their design of a complex extension for a fellow of a Cambridge College. To do this, we deployed a full-time project manager, who was present throughout. He helped guide the day-to-day activities and ensured the building was completed on time.
The client was delighted with the outcome. Not only was the work completed on time but we were able to achieve the high-quality finish that the project deserved.
This project was quickly followed by work at Hills Road Sixth Form College. We worked closely with their Estates Bursar at the time, Nigel Standbridge on the College’s “summer” programme of building maintenance. This project had to be completed on time for the start of the new school year and once again we used a full-time project manager to ensure this was achieved.
We started the works in early December, and over the last few weeks have carried out the following elements:
